For your own sake, have him delete both his Reddit account and webpage. Please understand that if I were the only one impacted, I would let it go to die a natural death when he came to the realization that slander, disparagement, libel etc will not get him (and you) any satisfaction. However he is hurting all members of the family and that is simply not going to happen in total impunity.

Also, be sure to say that all of this was the result of the refusal to communicative. And it’s beyond your control and really just the natural result of his refusal to keep open lines of communication. Maybe something about you heard about a first wave but then there will be a second snd and finally a devastating and lethal final third wave. All of that sounds pretty appropriate and pleasant sounding to me. What do you think?

Besides, mine is not all about damaging him but rather defensively calling attention to his past and ongoing threats. The intent is entirely different as will be the tone. If he wants to talk defamation then what he’s threatening is textbook defamation. While mine is dark humor, public service done by victim, not the victimizer intent on continuing his goal of destroying his prey. But all of that will be apparent. And also, he lacks any sense of creativity or appreciation for writing for an audience other than himself.
He’s no threat to me and I’m this dude of crazy by now and I do not care anyway! And he’s not taking away my favorite toy that I’m having so much pleasure see evolve and grow anyway.
