Hello David, I need your help, Can you find out where you father is actually living. Is he registered as a French citizen, Do you know if he has any business in Norway? ( I know of the apartment he is renting out) The thing is that will may be refuse us to sue him in Norway. His girlfriend and mother to their children say he is living in France. His 20 year old son is saying he is in Oslo very 3 week but I know for sure he is staying here in Oslo. Can you also ask Geir. He will not answer when I call him) Please do some research for me. And please try to get Kelly Ann to respond. She has not responded to mye many emails lately. I am very much looking forward to hearing from you.I will do whatever I can to get back the money he has stolen from me.

Kan din franske advokat «spore» opp om han er «folkeregistrert» bosatt i Frankrike ?

Om han ikke eier bolig frankrike vil hans senter for livsinteresser være der hvor hans familie bor, men det gjenstår litt dokumentasjon fra deg før jeg får laget et prosesskriv til retten om dette før de ev. avviser saken om de kommer til at han ikke bor i Norge likevel.

Hi david, We are working hard to get your father in front of the counter in a courtroom in Norway. I try to find out if you know anything about the company Petmas LTD which is registered in NJ. I also know there is another company which is registered in NJ but I cannot recall the name. I think this company is the owner of the flat in Oscarsgt 63 in Oslo, Can you please help me here? Btw; I havent heard anything from your lawyer in Paris. How come? Looking forward to hearing from you. anything you know about his activities in Norway will help.

Hello Ernst. I hope you can find him. I know that he is trying to avoid being found. I’m not sure if that’s entirely because of you or also for other reasons? I think I sent you already all of the documents I found regarding the NJ companies. You’re right there’s a few, Petmas being one of them. (“Pet” for Petter and “mas” for Madso.) The documents you can order from the state about the companies did not say very much as I recall, but I’ve already paid for them and sent them to you. If you wanted you could get the documents that were filed with the courts relating to the lawsuit against you and any other lawsuits involving that company. All documents filed with the court during a lawsuit are retained in the official records. Depending on the court, you may be able to pay for copies online. There was a case in federal court that I was able to find and pay for the documents, that’s how I found Geir’s name. But in other courts the documents are not scanned and available online. You would need to go there in person, request the documents and then copy them yourself in the court office. Right now I am sure the court offices are closed, but when they reopen you may want to hire someone to do that? You can ask your lawyer about all that. I do not know about Kelly-Ann? She hasn’t responded to us in a long time, either. Good luck and thanks for letting me know what’s happening.
